The staff were AMAZING!!! I found ski rental easy through the hotel lobby. The refurbished facilities felt super clean and modern. I enjoyed the lovely terrace. It provided great views.

The dining options in the evening seemed a bit limited.

I really appreciated the great location. It was next to the main lift , made access very easy. The views from the balcony were also lovely. The bed was very comfortable.

I found the hotel to be in need of a refurbishment. It looked old in some areas and did not meet modern standards. My room had a drain smell from the bathroom. The cleaning was good however.

The hotel seemed like a cozy ski chalet. it was super close to skiing, hiking, and yummy restaurants. breakfast was a total win with tons of choices! caesar and lorena at the bar were awesome. They were really friendly and gave super service.

the wifi was super slow and practically unusable, a bummer for planning our adventures. my room felt a bit small and the lighting wasn't great. some gym equipment was broken too

the location allows walking to ski slopes and easy access to a cable car for reaching the top of the mountain. the lounge and terrace are great for apres-ski with views of the slopes. it is also a short walk to other popular spots
